allowing larger font charactrers to "spill over" into the cell above

I have row heights 13.8, but would like to use size 22 font (with vertical "bottom" allignment) without adjusting the row height or merging cells. The letters, of course do not show up completely as they are too large for the row.

Is it possible to format the cells with the 22 size font somehow or the cells above so that the entire text is visible (whithout being cut off at the top)? Again without adjusting the row height or merging.

Hopefully this can work similarly to when you start typing something and the written text "spills over" to the cells on the right, provided that there is nothing in them.

To clarify, my text is horisontal. All I'm looking for is to be able to display full size 22 font letters in a row that is too narrow for that font
You either quit or become really good at it. There are no other choices.

It's probably not possible, you may have to use a text box to cover the cells.
