    Exclamation Add number to column

Hello, I am fairly new to excel program. I recently got my formula that i needed into excel, there just one problem. First off i will give you my formula that i am using. It is =SQRT(G8*H8)*2.3 Having that said, my problem is in the g8 column, i need to enter a number for example. I enter 30 into the g8 column but i really need to add 13 to that number to get my calculation so i need g8 to really be 43 but say 30. If you can please help, it will be GREATLY APPRECIATED!! THANKS IN ADVANCE

    Thanks for changing your title.

Do you always want to add 13? Or does the number change from row-to-row? For just 13, you can try:

    =SQRT((G8+13)*H8)*2.3

Why do you enter if you want to use 43 anyway?

Well, it is for a true gauge which would be the 30 number but to get a true calculation, it needs to be 43...basically i switching from psig to psia. O by the way, YOUR THE MAN!! Thank you so much for the help. It worked.
