Revenue Recognition After Contract Starts
I am trying to find a formula where I may start Revenue Recognition beginning a certain period (example 60 days) After Contract Signed and Stops when the total amount of the contract has been recognized.
Example
Contract signed 12/1/09
Rev Rec starts 60 days later
Total Contract amount 10,000,000
18 months to recognize
Any suggestions?
