Question Formating pivot table to accept macro instruction

I have tried everything I know how to fix this problem, so I'm hoping you all can help me out on what is probably a quick fix.

I have a macro (2. Count: Case/App/Line of Bus) that creates a pivot table for me and formats it so that it displays the information needed downstream from me. The issue is that when the pivot if filtered by 'Line of Bus', there is no corresponding 'Stakeholder ID' or 'Stakeholder Name' to go with it, they are blank. How can I adjust this pivot or the macro, so that when the pivot is created, any blank 'Stakeholder ID' or 'Stakeholder Name' fields are populated with the correct information so that a filtered line has all the information visible?

Thanks SO MUCH for your help!

Do you want the word "blank" to show in your pivot table? If you do then you need to allow "blank" to not be filtered out in the Requirements section above your pivot table.

Is this the answer you are looking for? Does it work?

Also look at your requirements filter on the pivot filter page and allow multiple page items.

It looks like you have a non-printable character in a cell in the requirements column. This may be a problem also.

    MarvinP,

Thanks for taking time to look at this with me. I'm actaully looking for the 'stakeholder name' to appear in each of the cells in comun b in the pivot. For the example I have, 'southern' should appear on row 6,7,and 8 in addition to row 5 that it comes filled in on.

Does that give you something else to go on?

I'll try looking at your second suggestion also, but it might take me a little while.
