Converting Dates into number of days

    Hi All,

Is it possible to get excel to convert two dates into an amount of days?

    E.G.

    16/10/2010 - 20/10/2010 = 5 days

    if so how??

Would be very useful in a holiday planner that i am trying to create?

    Thanks

Just subtract the smallest from the largest. in this case it will be 4

    Thanks,

That works providing the dates are in a sequence...(i.e. 5 working days)

I should be able to work the rest out for myself I HOPE?!

Thanks for your help with this issue....

If you need to calculate working days use the NETWORKDAYS function ( you need the Analysis ToolPak installed)
