Auto Data Migration to AutoFill Order Form

I'm not sure if this can even be done but if anyone can assist I would greatly appreciate it!

I have a product price list which I insterted a column for customers to input the quantity of each product they desire which will automatically calculate the amount of the order, the box quantities, weight and cubic meters for shipping purposes.

This seems to be extremely helpful for customers but they are complaining that they have to duplicate the whole ordering process when they want to generate a Purchase Order.

How can I migrate the products numbers, prices, descriptions and quantities automatically to a second tab that contains a generic Purchase order so that when they open it all the products they chose from the price list has already been filled out on the Purchase Order? This would make things quicker for them and all they would have to do would be to add their company name and PO number.

If anyone can help me with this .. you would be a God send.

Here's the file. As you can see, I would like for the items the customer puts quantities for to migrate automatically to the Purchase Order. Someone told me that I needed to work with VLOOKUPS but I'm not that well versed.
