Sumif combined with MATCH - Help Sought

I am attempting to add the items in an array, based on multiple matches in other arrays.

I have added a spreadsheet which explains with colour coded cells what are to be added together to generate the result.

David, I'm slightly confused.

If we take C16/D16 - 999/CO ... as I see it then are 2 PN type ID's for CO 999 namely: 456 (C10) & 1011 (C12)

The implication from the file is that only 456 is applicable for ID 999, can you elaborate as to why 1011 is ignored ?

I'm probably misinterpreting.

Yes - thank for picking-up what was complete BS. I had made an error with dummy numbers. I have updated the file was Test 4.

Still not entirely sure I understand as the results are seemingly independent of Col E and it is in fact Col C that is important - ie the child C members of a given CO code.
