If column A=zip code, the city name will appear in Column B. Is this possible?

    Question If column A=zip code, the city name will appear in Column B. Is this possible?

    I want a user to type a zip code into column A, and have the city name appear in column B. It's for a local database, so it's only about 10 zip codes/cities. Is this possible?
