Need help extracting Data from a Cell

Hi, I have the below text all in one cell and need to pull out the digits for the employee Id and group number into two seperate cells. Please help.

1. EMPLOYEE ID: 1234556789, NAME:JOHN SMITH, SSN:123456789, GROUP NUMBER:123456789, ROW:1111, DEPARTMENT:5684

I need the employee Id and group number shown into 2 cells
