Multiple Arguments in IF

Hi again,
I would like to ask for help on some argument
How do i go about this scenarion?

Supposed on A1 I have numbers 1 to 100

On A2, I want a return with the following choices. Nearing Review, Compliant, and Out of Compliance

The argument will be:
If A1 > 10 Return must be Compliant
If A1 < 10 Return must be Nearing Review
If A1 = #NUM! Return must be Out of Compliance

Can this be done? Looking forward to your response. Thank you.

note: I assume =10 is "nearing review" if compliant change >10 to >=10
