Rounding to the nearest 9

I know this is probably an over used topic, but I just can't find a solution that works with us here.

We basically want to take any number and round it to it's nearest 9. Here is a few examples to better explain what we need it to do:
If the price is $3.06 we need it to be $3.09
If the price is $3.14 we need it to be $3.19
If the price is $3.27 we need it to be $3.29

Do you see the trend we use we don't want $3.27 to go to $3.99 we need it to $3.29
I don't need the formula to do any kind of adding or subtracting I just need it to round for us, we do about 400 item changes by hand and this formula would help us be much more efficient.

what about 3.01?

3.01 needs to be 3.09

It doesn't need to be limited to just 3's it needs to pull from whatever is in the source column (basically where the 2.04 digit is)

Here, try this:

=(INT(D2*10)+0.9)/10

Round off or round up? Round up if 3.01 needs to become 3.09.

(Note the difference in the second parameter. CEILING wants the nearest multiple to round to; ROUND wants the number of decimals.)
