I have a table set up like this to highlight attendance codes.

FH 8:00
H 8:00
IL 8:00
LOA 8:00
PB 8:00
RH 8:00
V 8:00
1/2 V 4:00
Below, I have a task log for Monday through Friday & the weekly total - 55 hrs. in this example.
V 13.0 12.0 12.0 10.0 0.0 0.0 55.0
I am seeking a formula that will subtract the total hours & find non-billable hours, such as vacations (V), 1/2 day vacation (1/2 V) or holidays (H), total this up, then subtract from total hours charged, to get billable hours.
What's a good forumula to use?
