How to make Vlookup find a record ONLY ONCE ?

    Hello, again, Excel-ers,

Trying to put friends' birthdays and anniversaries on a calendar.
Using Excel 2007... the Vlookup part is working.
A problem arises when there are multiple records on the same date.

Please look at the attached... cell B25 on sheet W2.
    The Vlookup works.
But you can see on the Dates sheet that more than one record exists for that date.
I was hoping to print those additional records in B26 and B27.
I can't just put the same formula in all 3 cells... we'd find Brad 3 times.

Problem #1: how to find Brad only once?
I want subsequent searches to find Dave, and then Sam & Betty.
We can even Delete the Brad record after it's been found once, if necessary.
It will already be saved somewhere else.

Problem #2: How to differentiate between Birthdays and Anniversaries?
    As you can see...
I want Birthdays to print in Red, with the " is " text.
I want Anniversaries to print in Blue, with slightly different text.

Maybe... should I be using something other than Vlookup?

Thanks for a Very helpful forum.
