Generating name assignments based on user indicated preferences

Hello All,

I am hoping that someone who is incredibly knowledgeable can assist me with creating a formula using Excel.

I am unable to attach the spreadsheet, but here's how it's set-up:

Column A: First Name
Column B: Last Name
Column C: Not relevant
Column D: Not relevant
Column E-Column X: Names of people who need assigned lists.

OR

Each of the people in Columns E-X rated each person in Column A with a Y, N, or M. I need a formula that generates a list of 18 people (from Column A) for each of the individuals in Column E-X composed of individuals who were marked with a Y. For example:

Person A3 (Karen) received a Y from E2 (Bob) and E3 (Megan), a M from E4 (Mary), and a N from E5 (John).

Person A4 (Beth) received a Y from E2 (Bob), Y from E3 (Megan), a N from E4 (Mary) and a N from E5 (John)

Generated list for Bob would be:

Karen

Generated list for Megan would be:

Beth

(Not Karen since she was already assigned to Bob).

Generated list for Megan would be:

No one (since she did not mark anyone with a Y)

Generated list for John would be:

N one (since he did not mark anyone with a Y)

Obviously, since there are more names, each person would randomly get 18 people.
