Create sheets based on cells and modify formulas within sheets

Hey guys,
I am new to the forum, as you noticed I am a school teacher trying to make my grading process a little easier.
I have attached my basic workbook I would like to use.
Basically, I would like to have a master sheet with the students names on it with their grades, number of wrong answers and have a macro do the following:

create or duplicate the individual student sheet but make it the next person down on the lists name grades.

Continue to repeat until there are no more students

rename sheets with students names

I think copying the students sheet would be better because the formatting should stay the same. ( I Think)

If you guys could help me out with this one I should be ok figuring out how to change it for different assignments.
