Obtain selective data from different worksheet!

Hi all

Been trying to resolve this problem for some time now but can't get it quite right.

I am trying to create a summary worksheet that contains only the rows where there is a positive balance for a particular week. In the attached workbook, the results required are shown in the 'Summary' worksheet, along with my notes on the corresponding data.

I have been working on Index/Match combinations as well as various VBA 'Occurrence' functions, all of which require a specific value to be used with them. Whereas I am really looking for something that produces the 1st, 2nd etc occurrence of a positive value in a designated column.

I have posted this in the worksheet forum rather than the programming section as I feel it could be done this way but open to suggestions.
