Linking cells in different sheets, only when the cell is not blank

    Hi there,

My workbook is spotlight cue sheet for a theatrical production. It consists of a Master Sheet that contains all the information for all five of the spotlights, and then what I'd like to have is 5 more separate sheets for each individual spot that link to the Master, so that I can print out cues just for each individual spot. But I want to be able to edit all of the cues from the Master and have them update in each individual spot sheet.

Now there are two things I want to accomplish in terms of finding a formula that links these cells:

    1. For many "Cue's" (see attached workbook), not all five "spots" will have data or content (only some spots are on at any one time, and not necessarily all of them). I want each individual spot sheet to be able to "skip over" rows that do not have any data pertinent to that spot or it's column in the Master. So that when I have the completed Master with all the cues, each individual sheet doesn't end up with blank rows for "Cue's" when they have no data for their spot or column. I'm not sure if this is even possible in Excel, but it's what would be preferable.

    2. It'd be nice to make use of some sort of Array formula so that I do not have to copy and paste one formula into every individual cell.

Hope this makes sense, and hopefully you grasp what I'm trying to accomplish, so that if there's any other possibilities that I completely overlooked, I would be more than happy to hear them. And if this doesn't quite make sense, I will be glad to try and describe it some more.

Note: The workbook I've attached only has a few example rows of cues, but those 1st three rows are realistically how all of the cues would look like in the Master. Also, you'll notice I've already played around with the OFFSET function, which works, but doesn't really accomplish what I really want.

    Thanks!
