Hello,
Sorry for a possible repeat question...
I am trying to format a column of dates so that if 30 days from the date in the cell is equal to or later than today's date, the cell highlights red.
So for today's date (4/5/2011), any cells with 3/5/2011 or before would be red.

Sorry! I was in such a rush that my thread title was wrong! I need help with the past, not future.
That formula highlights all dates for the next 30 days. I need to highlight all dates 30 days or more before today.

That one highlights the previous 30 days... I need 30 or more days before today's date highlighted.
I tried tweaking the formula you gave me so I wouldn't have to ask again... but I can't figure it out
