Sort MAX & MIN based off another column

I don't really know how to title this one but hopefully the explanation below will help.

I would like to capture a couple max and min stats from columns and post them into a dashboard on a different sheet but separate them into Male and Female categories.

In the attached sheet, I have a table named MaxRange. This is a tally of physical fitness scores (the actual one I'm working on is much larger with many more columns and rows but to paint a better picture I'm knocking it down some). The column headers are Name, Gender, Pushups, Crunches and Run.

On a separate sheet I would like to display a dashboard or snapshot of who is the best in each category.

I've got the formula down but cannot figure out how to separate it by male and female.

The actual sheet is much more in depth but is also pretty large in size. This is a straight to the point of what I'm after.

    Any advice? Thanks in advance!

I figured it out. I just did some formula magic and hid some columns to make it happen. I'll attach the spreadsheet to show the work.
