    Formula question for Conditional Formatting

I'm new to using rules in Excel. I have Excel 2010. I want to make a new rule based on a formula but can't get the formula right. The formula is going in Cell V7. I want the formatting to be applied if the value of Cell V7 is equal to or less than 15% of the value in Cell M7. Can anyone help?

Thx, Marcol. I must be doing something else wrong because the formula didn't work when I entered data. Whether I enter a value of 1% or 50%, the cell doesn't change to green (the formatting I chose). I choose: Conditional Formatting - New Rule - Use a formula to determine which cells to format - then enter the formula you provided in Format values where this rule is true - then select green fill for the formatting. What am I missing?

What values are you putting where?

    See if this helps
Change the value in the drop-down U7 to see the changes.
