    Conditional Formating not applying properly

    Hy everyone,

I have a document i'm working on atm, with time frames conditions set to lines, but something seems not to work properly when the conditions start to apply, for some reason only the first cell changes color .

    Attached is Hours-test.xlsx

Please take a look if possible . Thanks in advance.

    B.
