    Conditional transpose on 3 columns

    Sheet 1

The first column contains a number id of a term. All same numbers indicate the same term which is further defined in columns 2 and 3.
The second column contains the language id of the term
The third column contains a translation for the language id in second column

Note: Some terms have translations for certain language ids, others do not have.

    Sheet 2 (desired result)
The first row contains the language id
The second row contains the translation (if it exists for specific language id).
