INDIRECT formula creating problem in other workbook

Hi Experts

In Our SAP BPC tool , the front end is excel 2010, where I have used INDIRECT formula in one workbook(say- excel_1)..

Now when I open another workbook(excel_2) keeping the excel_1 open then it gives 2 error in excel_2 ->

1)Comments from excel_1 popups in the excel_2
2)Shows Subscript out of range.

How INDIRECT formula in one excel giving problem in another ?

What should I do now ?

Is there any option in excel where we can say that keep formula to that excel workbook only..
