Cool Calculate Working Days (excluding weekends & holidays) between two dates/times

    Hello, I have:

    A1 5/26/2011 10:34:34 AM
    B1 6/3/2011 05:57:30 AM

in C1, I need a formula to calculate the number of working days (rounded with two decimals) that elapsed between these two dates/times.

So, in this example I need to exclude:

    5/28 = Saturday (weekend)
    5/29 = Sunday (weekend)
    5/30 = Monday (Memorial Day)

The answer would be somewhere around 4.79 DAYS

    How can I acomplish this?

BTW: We honor all regular US holidays (if there is a place to edit these, all the better)

    Both solutions above return 6.00

6 days is not the answer. The answer should be 4.81

I think it has to do with the formula ommitting the holiday and the representation of hours in decimal days.

FYI - My Holiday array is:

    11/25/2010
    11/26/2010
    12/23/2010
    12/24/2010
    5/30/2011
    7/4/2011
