Count repeated value(text) in Data range based on row header & multiple columns header

Dear All,

I am a new bee, I need to prepare a dashboard for No of meeting scheduled, actually attended etc., Everymonth no of meeting will be differed and validation should based on single row caption & multiple columns. I have attached a workbook for reference..
