Hidden drop down list

One of our supplier send me excel file that includes a hidden drop list from cell A41, A42, etc and in cell F41, F42, etc

So I wanna to know how could I make it, to used it in my work

Place the cursor in A41 cell and Press Alt+D+L and have a look in source range.

But how could I create such drop down list, becouse when I pressed Alt+D+L, it gives me create table but with the same cell.

So how could I create it?
