    Improving Array Formula

I am working on a tracking spreadsheet to compare a test device against a "control"
The device will have several functions that are weighted on importance. The idea is to get an overall percentage of how the test device stacks up against a control device.

I have a very concise array formula that calculates the results PERFECTLY except in 1 circumstance if the control device does not support a specific function, which results in a div / 0 error (see attached)

I have also created a "long" formula that works perfectly except that is will quickly become very cumbersome if there are many functions to compare

Is there a way to emulate my long formula with a shorter solution?
It does not necessarily need to be an array formula, but that seem to be the easiest solution

Long formula in Col A, Array Formula in Col B

Thanks for any advice or suggestions
