Find (case and diacritics insensitive) duplicates in one column

I have data in 2 columns but I want to be able to sort them with (case and diacritics insensitive) duplicates in column A.

Sheet 1 highlighted what I consider dupls and Sheet 2 how I want them to Sort.

The cell contents could be more than one word.

Best I can offer is this

1/. Create a lookup list of the Diacritics you need to ignore/replace.
I have done this in Sheet("Lookups")
Make this a dynamic named range "Diacritics"

2/. Put this UDF in a standard VBa module

3/. With Sheet1 Columns("C:D") These can be hidden with the grouping +/- icon)

4/. Sort Columns("A:D")
Sort by:=Column D Order:=Smallest to Largest
Sort by:=Column C Order:=A to Z
Sort by:=Column B Order:=A to Z (If required)
