I am trying to put together a spreadsheet that uses drop down lists that are dependent on the previous column. I have looked at other posts and read some on data validation, but I still can't figure out how to get this to work. This is to track case loads for doctors and the sequence is as follows:
1) Facility - based on the facility selected, the list of doctors changes...certain doctors cannot view files from certain hospitals
2) Disease Site - Based on selection only doctors who work in these specialties are presented in a list
3) Doctors - A combination of filtering 1 and 2
4) Specialty - Listed based on Doctor selected
5) Date and Number of Cases Assigned - Manual Entry
I have a pivot chart to sum the assigned cases.
