    returning text in a range

Hi - I've been trying to solve this for day and can't find anything that helps besides doing it manually which takes hours.

In my data set I have Master Names for portfolios and anywhere from 1-50 tickers that correspond underneath. What I need is to return all the tickers for each portfolio in one row separated by commas. The only thing I can figure is to use a series of concatenate formulas but seeing as my data set in close to 3000 rows this takes me quite some time. Is there any code I can use or some function that I'm not aware of to do this?

Thanks so much in advance for your help!

Hello kelly2011 and welcome to the forum.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
