calculating if turna round time is met

I am attempting to use a funtction to determine if a TAT is met on a project tracking sheet.
I have 2 columns that are dates... and I want a function to populate a 3rd column with Yes or no depending on the 2 columns...

if Column E>Column D then "NO"
if Column E<=Column D then "yes"

the datedif function was working but not if you get a "negative" number.... so only if the 2 dates are equal or you met your TAT... anyother suggestions?~?

I'm not sure about the reference to "negative" numbers. Isn't this as simple as an if statement?
