HLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH?

Hello all. I have yet another issue with some Excel functions. What i need to do it pull the entire list of reps by their ID from the Team Rep List By Month file for any given month selected in cell L1 on Stars By Month By Team file. If you look at the red text in the file, (starting at cell W24:AB37) you can see the format im trying to get.

The idea behind this is, sometimes reps change teams different months. I know there is a way to do it, I'm just having a brain fart!

Hi,

I am already seeing the red text (values) in the cells W24 onwards, so the formulas are working fine there because this region is already having values.
You have written "you can see the format im trying to get" -> so this confused me, you are looking for values or formats?

I suggest you to put both of your different worksheets from different workbook into one workbook for better understanding and then indicate clearly in target sheet what you are trying to achieve from source sheet. Hope I am clear here, if not let me know. Thanks.
