Need to compare values of two columns and return the adjacent value to a 3rd

Hello,

I have a large list of model/prices which I need to filter to update a new price list. see below.

I have 4 columns, A B C D

A = First List of Model Numbers
B = New Prices of Models on A
C = Second list of Model numbers
D = Empty Price List

What I want is to be able to Compare C to A and if the C is found on A, to copy B (Adjacent to the model found on A) to D.

Any help is appreciated.
