How to combine multiple substitute functions?

I am using =TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(A1,CHAR(160),CHAR(32))) to get rid of the non breaking spaces or =TRIM(SUBSTITUTE(A1,CHAR(36),CHAR(32))) to get rid of the dollar sign in my cell.

My question is can I create a formula to do this all together? (get rid of the non breaking spaces and the dollar sign together in one formula)

I have added an attachment if anyone would like to paste the formula.

Thank you anybody who can help!
