Criteria With Multiple Conditions

Hello Everyone, I hope everyone is doing good day.

I need help and expertise.

I have a data (ranging from April 2011 to March 2012) with multiple serial numbers that are repeating in different dates. Example, Serial Number A may have first appeared in April 2011 then re.appeared March 2012.

What I want to get are:

- % of those serial numbers that did not appear in any date. Meaning if it appeared in Apr 2011, it never should appear between April 2011 to March 2012.
- % of the calls that required a second visit (and then was closed on that
second visit). Meaning the Serial Number first appeared in April 2011 then appeared in October 2011. But my challenge is, I wanna be able to lessen the range for me to consider that the serial number required a second visit. Example, it first appearl April 2, 2011, I want to consider it as second visit, if it appeared within 5 days from the first it appeared. So making it ranges within 5 days, 10 days, 15 days or more.
- % of the calls that required a third visit (and then was closed)
- % of the calls that required a fourth visit (and then was closed)
- % of the calls that required a fifth visit (and then was closed)
- % of the rest
So the total should add up to 100%

As you can see, for same serial number, it will be counted as one if the second value of the requestor is technician, considering they are in one month.

How about you pick out say 5 different serial numbers, give the expected counts for them, and how you derived those counts.
