Get text from a cell when conditions are met in other cells

Attached is an example file. I need cell B4 in the Analysis Sheet to put the text from Data1 sheet column a rows 2 through 4 when the number in Data1 sheet column B rows 2 through 4 match the number on Analysis sheet column b row 1 (column a row 1 contains a drop down which changes the number in b1) and when the number in Data 1 sheet column c rows 2 through 4 is the number 1.

What formula will help me do this? HELP.

Thank you. That is almost the solution. The formula is missing the last condition. It also needs to look to ensure column C contains a "1". With the current formula, if I change column c to the number 2, the name should no longer appear as the result to the formula. That does not work now as the conditions needed in column C are not contained in the formula. I am very grateful for the help. It is this last condition that makes it beyond my training to figure out what the formula should be. Can you help further?
