VlookUp with Loop?

Hi I am trying to create a drop down search function that will return multiple values based on multiple search criteria input.
It would need to run like a vlookup but loop back to the top -1 cell and continue until at the bottom of the array. If would also need to be recognized over multiple arrays.

You are going to have to be a bit more specific than that. Can you attach a sample workbook and describe what you want to achieve in more detail.
