Formula to request color formatting to be applied between worksheets

I need to know how to create a formula that will fill in the cell color in one cell based on the cell color in a different cell.

For example, if cell A1 is colored in yellow, how do I "instruct" Excel to fill in the same color in cell A15?

I am working with Excel 2003

Does the value of A15 depend on a condition?
If so create a Conditional Formula with the same condition.
If not the you prob need to use VBA.

None of the cells have the color assigned due to a condition. It is decided arbitrarily by the person inputing information in the spreadsheet.

I just need the color in one cell to be pulled over into another one.
