Horizontal dates put in vertical formulas

I need to make horizontal info to go to a different sheet as verticle info, however, the verticle is tied to a formula...how can this be fixed?

I did some of it manually, but i am looking to be able to expand the database for more than a few students...it will take too long to do each individual sheet.
