Add nonadjacent cells in excel

I am new to this so I hope I am in the right place. My problem is I need to total each cell that says Monday which is F5, F12, F19, and F26 and have the total for these in cell B33. Please anyone help.

You can put this formula in B33:

=F5+F12+F19+F26
