Extract Town from Address

I wish to extract the town from this address which has been downloaded from the internet.

Example address:
Craven Buildings Craven Street, Skipton. BD23 2AP

Each town commences with 2 spaces after a "," and finished with a ".". I have attempted to use the MID function to extract the date but cannot work out how to cope with the length of the town name changing.

Can someone please assist?
