Paste disabled when toolbar is Hidden in Excel 2007

Hi,
I have a workbook (Datafile.xml) which is protected and the toolbar will be hidden on activating it. The tool bar is shown on deactivating it so as to work with other exel files. The problem is: when I Copy data from Any Other Workbook to the Workbook (Datafile.xml) with hidden toolbar, the Paste function is disabled. I have used the following code in Excel 2007 vba through the help forum. Appreciate your suggesstions.
