Need a formula to copy shifts from sheet 1 to sheet 2

I have a spreadsheet with 2 tabs, On the first tab I have shifts that are spread over 3 weeks start time and end time (42 cols) COL B through COL AQ.
On the second tab I have the employee roster with the shift name next to each employee for the whole year (52 weeks); 728 columns.

I need help with formula that when the shift from sheet 1, Col B to Col AQ is selected for an employee (the 42 columns) The data will be copied over to the 728 columns on sheet 2; (Col B to Col 728)
