VLOOKUP function gives only 1 record, I need to have all records matching criteria

VLOOKUP function is good to extract a field from a database with exact match.

But if there are more than 1 records satisfying the criteria of matching, it gives the first one. If I want to have all data from table_array matching exactly the lookup value, whats the way?
