Use text from cell in formula that contains external link

    Hi Everyone,

I have an excel sheet with 6 columns (column headers are January -June in cells B1-G1). I also have 6 files which each follow a specific template so the only difference between the file names is the month. Right now I have cell B2 linked to its January file using ='C:\Operations\Scheduling\Team Incentive Plan\[Teams Incentive Plan January 2012.xlsx]Kevin'!$C$35. As you can see, January is hardcoded in. Is there a way to use the column header inside the formula bar so that I can just drag the formula across from B2-G2 and have it use all 6 files? I.E. I would like the formula to be something like this: ='C:\Operations\Scheduling\Team Incentive Plan\[Teams Incentive Plan + "Text(B1)" + 2012.xlsx]Kevin'!$C$35

    Thanks,
    Geoff
