List from different sheet

Hi,

Can you see attached file.

I want to get data from Item sheet and put this data to General sheet in one list. But if I write the code in General sheet I want to see in list only Description which related with this code.

I have created a defined dynamic name range termed 'Area' ..

=OFFSET(Item!$B$1,MATCH(General!A2,Item!$A$2:$A$10,0),0,COUNTIF(Item!A2:A10,General!A2),1)

and the data validation refers to the list 'Area'.

Based on your last post it seems that you are satisfied with the solution(s) you've received but you haven't marked your thread as SOLVED.
