WEEKDAY not working correctly need HELP!!!

my week is from wed of this current week to folowing tues and payroll is following friday so 7/23/12 would give me 7/27/12
i have this weekday formula but didnt work

=C18-WEEKDAY(C18,3)+11
it shows up to following friday
but everything from 7/18/12-7/22/12 is correct
but 7/23/12 and 24 move to 8/3/12
if i can figure a formula then code wont be necessary
just that in 2007 it doesnt have input option past 3 to change order of weekday start day
7/22/12 should return 7/27/12
7/23/12 should return 7/27/12
7/24/12 should return 7/27/12
7/25/12 should return 8/3/12
7/26/12 should return 8/3/12
7/27/12 should return 8/3/12
7/28/12 should return 8/3/12
