Different Percentage value for each field resulting in one total.

    Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone could have a crack at this for me. I can manually make this work by imputing in each field but I am looking for one formula.

    Minimum Charge £6
    £0 to £150.00 9.90%
    £150.01 to £300.00 7.90%
    £300.01 to £500 6.90%
    £500.01 to £1000 5.90%
    £1000.01 plus 2.50%

    Value Results
    Examples of Answers £33.00 = £6.00
    £120.00 = £11.88
    £250.00 = £22.75
    £400.00 = £33.60
    £750.00 = £55.25
    £2,500.00 = £107.50

    Thanks again

Can you explain how are you deriving to the results??? My calculation for £12.00 is £11.88; however, the rest does not seem to be right ??

I assume you are away. In the meanwhile I have created a worksheet for you. you can enter your search value in the yellow cell and it would give your output in the green highlighted cell.

Its calculating from Column A and B as the start and end point.. So you can manipulate the fields if you wish.
