    Smile Determining True/false based on multiple criteria

    Hi Everyone,

    This might be a simple fix, but I'm having trouble coming up with the correct formula:

    Basically, I'd like to determine if an activity is 'worthwhile' based on the time spent and a number rating.

    The criteria is listed below:
    If the activity took longer than or equal to an hour and 30 minutes, it must have a rating of 7 or above to be worthwhile
    If the activity took more than or equal to an hour and 30 minutes and has a rating of 6 or below, it is not worthwhile

    If the activity took less than an hour and 30 minutes, it must have a rating or 5 or above to be worthwhile
    If the activity took less than an hour and 30 minutes and has a rating of 4 or below, it is not worthwhile

    I'd like to display a 'yes' or 'no' for worthwhile/not worthwhile.

    Thank you! worthwhile.xls

    Hi byeong and welcome to the forum.

    Put this in F2 and pull down.
    =IF(OR(AND(E2>=7,D2>=90),AND(D2<=30,E2>=5)),"Yes","No")
    One test is worth a thousand opinions.
