Select your range ....Data--->Remove Duplicates
Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!
Say thanks, Click *
is the data you copied from the 1st file, below the data in the 2nd file, at the side or on a new sheet?

it didnt work with me i test it on a file i know well it deleted randomly & after all some duplicated didnt delete also
this is just a test to find duplicates in column F and if there are it ...
(try to adapt it for you, let's say change column F with A)

i want to delete duplicated rows , A4 B4 C4 D4 E4 F4 = A9 B9 C9 D9 E4 F4 ....say if A B C D E similar F not similar this is not duplicated 4 me , so in ur code i need to make it from A to F not just changing column
try this formula.
If the result is True you have an duplicated row.Please Login or Register to view this content.
If the result is False you have 2 unique rows.

i didnt mean A4 A9 that was example to show what i need i have hundreds of duplicated data
you probably do not think about of uploading an example with what you'd like to achive, how yr data looks like after data is added from file 1 to file 2....it should be the best thing you can do at the moment. perhaps someone will give you the right answer.
See the example.
It a combination of the given solutions of Oeldere and the VBA code of John55.
Run the macro and see whats happening in collumn K.
For the future i agree with John55; it's better to uplaod an non confidentional example.
Please reply if this is what you're up to.
